Standard Lync Training is for users who have Low Volume Calls, Do not provide call coverage for other telephone numbers, low use of Call Transfer and Call hold features. This class covers the following how-to items: Calls with Client/Phone, Signing In, Make Calls, Answering Calls, Placing Calls on Hold, Retrieving a Call from Hold, Transfer Calls, Access VM, Hands-Free Feature and Redirecting Calls to VM.

Team Lync Training is for users who have high volume of calls, answers department or Help Desk  numbers, high usage of Call Hold, Call Transfer and perform call coverage for multiple phone lines. This class covers everything in the standard training and the following how-to items: Team Ring Functions, Sim Ring, Call Park, Call Retrieve, Call Delegates.

Admin Lync Training is for users who have low to moderate call volume, are responsible for answering a single administrator’s line, some department calls, moderate to high use of Call Transfer, Call Hold. This class covers everything in the standard training and the following how-to items: Call Forwarding, Setting up Delegates, Answering Admin Line, Call Park, Call Retrieve, Setting up a Call Conference.

Executive Lync Training is for users who have their calls screened by AA, low-moderate volume of calls and have frequent conference calls. This class covers everything in the standard training and the following how-to items: Setting up a Call Conference and Call Park Retrieve.
